Non - Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract
In a Non- Comprehensive AMC, all services including preventive maintenance as defined in the contract is covered to our account and the cost of spare parts replacement is on customer account. This is a more viable option where customers want to reduce upfront contract cost.
Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract
In a comprehensive AMC, all services including preventive maintenance as defined in the contract is covered to our account and includes the cost of spare parts replacement. Note: Excludes only physical damages, damages occurred from handling issues and force majeures as defined in the contract agreement.
